Refund & Cancellation Policy

WEB for SMB is a brand owned and operated by DO Digital Design LLC ("Company"). All services purchased through webforsmb.com are provided by DO Digital Design LLC and are subject to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Website Design Services
Every website we create is custom-designed specifically for each client. Because our work involves professional consultation, design, development, and project planning, all website projects require an initial payment before work begins.
Initial payments and deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
If a project is canceled after development has begun, payments made up to that point are non-refundable due to the professional services already performed.
If work has not yet started, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund after deducting administrative, planning, or consultation costs.
Website Ownership
Ownership of the completed website transfers to the Client only after the project has been paid in full.
Until final payment has been received, all website files, designs, and related materials remain the property of DO Digital Design LLC.
Website Hosting
Website hosting is offered as a separate subscription service.
Hosting fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the hosting account has been activated.
Clients may cancel hosting services at any time.
Upon cancellation, and after all outstanding balances have been paid, DO Digital Design LLC will provide a complete backup of the website to facilitate migration to another hosting provider.
Migration services can be provided upon request for an additional fee.
Domain Registration
WEB for SMB manages domain registration on behalf of its clients.
Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable because domains are purchased immediately through accredited third-party registrars.
Clients remain responsible for renewing their domains to avoid expiration.
SEO & Marketing Services
SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, Google Local Services Ads, and other digital marketing services begin immediately after payment.
Because these services involve professional labor and strategic planning, payments are non-refundable once work has started.
Monthly services may be canceled with thirty (30) days written notice unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
Website Maintenance Plans
Maintenance plans are billed monthly.
Clients may cancel maintenance services with thirty (30) days written notice.
Payments for completed maintenance services are non-refundable.
Premium Software Licenses
Some websites include premium WordPress themes, plugins, or software licensed under DO Digital Design LLC's agency accounts.
These licenses remain the property of DO Digital Design LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients canceling hosting or maintenance services may need to purchase their own licenses to continue receiving updates and premium features.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact DO Digital Design LLC before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in suspension of services until the dispute has been resolved.
