- Website Hosting
- Domain Registration

- Google Business Profile Optimization
- Google Local Services Ads
- Digital Marketing Consulting
Quotes & Proposals
Unless otherwise stated, proposals remain valid for thirty (30) days.
Prices are subject to change before acceptance.
Payments
Website projects require an initial payment before work begins.
The remaining balance must be paid before the website is launched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may delay project completion or launch.
Website Ownership
Upon full payment of the website project, ownership of the completed website transfers to the Client.
Website ownership includes:
- Custom website design
- Website files
- Website database
- Client-provided content
- Original content created specifically for the Client
Ownership does not include:
- Hosting infrastructure
- Server configuration
- Premium plugin licenses
- Premium theme licenses
- Third-party software
- Stock photography licenses
- Commercial font licenses
Hosting Services
Website hosting is a recurring subscription service.
Hosting includes:
- Secure server infrastructure
- SSL certificate
- Server monitoring
- Website backups
- Server maintenance
- Security updates
Failure to pay hosting invoices may result in suspension or termination of hosting services after reasonable notice.
Clients remain the owners of their websites and may request a website backup at any time after outstanding balances have been paid.
Domain Registration
DO Digital Design LLC registers and manages domain names on behalf of clients.
Clients retain ownership rights to their domains, provided registration and renewal fees remain current.
Failure to renew a domain may result in expiration or loss of the domain name.
Premium Software
Some websites include premium themes, plugins, or software licensed through DO Digital Design LLC.
These licenses remain the property of the Company.
Clients transferring their websites to another provider may need to purchase their own licenses to continue receiving updates and premium functionality.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide requested content promptly
- Respond to revision requests
- Maintain ownership or permission for submitted materials
- Review work within reasonable timeframes
Project delays caused by the Client may extend completion dates.
SEO Disclaimer
Search engine rankings depend on numerous factors beyond our control.
Although we follow industry best practices, DO Digital Design LLC does not guarantee:
- First-page rankings
- Specific keyword positions
- Increased website traffic
- Increased sales
- Google Business Profile verification
- Search engine indexing
Intellectual Property
Until full payment has been received, all designs, graphics, code, and related materials remain the intellectual property of DO Digital Design LLC.
Upon final payment, ownership of the custom website transfers to the Client, excluding third-party licensed materials.
Limitation of Liability
DO Digital Design LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Lost profits
- Lost business opportunities
- Website downtime
- Data loss
- Third-party software failures
- Search engine algorithm changes
- Internet service interruptions
The Company's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the services giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within the State of Connecticut.
Changes to These Terms
DO Digital Design LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
